Adding Integration in Kroto Dashboard

Hello everyone! In this video, we'll learn how to add an integration in the Kroto Dashboard. So, the first step is to navigate to the integrations section on your main dashboard. Here, you will see a connect button. Go ahead and click on it. After you connect to Intercom, it will prompt you to authenticate your screen. Let me quickly handle the authentication process for you. Once you authenticate, it will request some permissions. Simply authorize the access. Next, you'll need to select a knowledge base you'd like to share with Intercom, for example, Crowd Center. Then, click Save. And that's all there is to it!
