This tutorial will guide you through the process of setting up your AI agent in Helply, including syncing with your help desk and managing training materials.

To begin, click on Add Training Material. It is recommended to sync with your help desk for optimal performance.

You can choose to sync from various platforms such as Groove, Zendesk, or Freshdesk, with additional options to be added in the future.

If you sync your Zendesk or Groove account, you will be able to automatically sync your Knowledge Base articles and macros. This ensures that any changes made in your help desk will be reflected in your AI agent.

You can also click on Import Other Support Content to add individual links from your website.

Text Training Material can include any internal documentation, which you can copy and paste into the designated area.

After training your AI agent on Knowledge Base articles, instant replies, and text URLs, you will utilize Knowledge Bridge.

To use Knowledge Bridge, import your support tickets. For demonstration, we will import a year's worth of support tickets.

Click on Import, and you will see a list of answered and unanswered questions that your trained AI agent can address based on the tickets provided.

The true value lies in the unanswered questions. Click on an unanswered conversation to review the question and the AI's suggested answer derived from your support tickets.

If you wish to use the suggested answer, click on Copy to Answer and then Save to Training Material. This will then become part of your text training material in the general training area.

Following these steps will enable you to effectively set up and utilize your AI agent in Helply by integrating support content and optimizing responses.
