To upload new support tickets into your Knowledge Bridge, simply click on 'Import Tickets' right here. Today, we'll be using Groove as our example. Now, let's select Groove. You'll need to choose your mailbox and specify the start date. We'll go ahead and select 'Past Year' here. Finally, click on 'Import Conversations' to complete the process.
