Viewing Analytics of a Knowledge Base

This tutorial will guide you through the process of viewing the analytics of a specific knowledge base.

1. First, choose the knowledge base you want to study the analytics of.

Next, click on the button labeled Analytics.

2. In the analytics section, you can view the following:

• Total number of guides.

• Total views.

• Average views per guide.

• Specific performance of each guide listed here.
