Branding a Knowledge Base
This tutorial will guide you through the process of branding a knowledge base effectively.
First, select your knowledge base and then click on the settings icon.
Here, you will have the option to add the knowledge base name. Additionally, you can choose to remove the Kota watermark if desired.
Next, proceed to the branding options where you can add your logo. Click on the upload option, select your logo, and it will be updated accordingly.
If you wish to use a horizontal logo style, repeat the same steps: select the logo and click on Open to add it.
After adding the logo, you can add the company title, include the company's website, and choose a color for branding.
Once all changes have been made, click on save.
Following these steps will effectively brand your knowledge base.
