Branding a Knowledge Base

Hello everyone, and welcome! Today, we’re going to explore how to effectively brand your knowledge base. First, go ahead and select your knowledge base. Now, click on the settings icon. Here, you’ll notice that you can add your knowledge base name. Additionally, you have the option to remove the Kota watermark if you prefer. Returning to the branding options, you can upload your logo. First, click on the upload option provided. Next, select your logo. Your logo will be updated here promptly. If you'd like to use a horizontal logo style, simply repeat the same steps. Next, select your logo. Then, click on Open. Your logo will be added successfully. After that, you can enter the title of your company. Don’t forget to add the company's website. You can also choose a suitable color. Once you’ve completed that, click on save to finalize your changes. And that’s how you brand your knowledge base!
