Splitting and Trimming Video Clips in Kroto

Hey guys. In this video, we'll see how you can split and trim your video clips in Kroto. You can find your timeline editor at the bottom of the video editor. This is our timeline editor. This green rectangle represents your video clip. And these white waveforms represent your sentences. And they have these black lines at the sides. They represent the boundaries of the sentence. This is important because there are certain restrictions with the split feature. You cannot split a sentence midway. You can either remove a sentence entirely or just do splitting and trimming in the silenced part of the video. So, for example, if I want to split this sentence. I cannot place my cursor here and hit on split clip button. It would give me a message that I cannot split a sentence. So keep that in mind. If I want to split this sentence, I can place my cursor somewhere at the start of this sentence. Like before the sentence. And I can hit the split button. Then I can place my cursor at the end, but outside the sentence's boundary. And hit the split button. So it will split this sentence as a separate clip. I can then select this clip and hit on the delete clip button. And this clip would be removed from my timeline. So this was splitting and trimming in Kroto. Thank you.
